Property Inspections

After every departure, one of our property care experts will thoroughly inspect your home. The primary goal of this inspection is to check behind housekeeping to make sure it meets our standard, as well as look for any damages or maintenance issues that we need to address.

Light Maintenance items will be completed during the inspection, and more comprehensive issues will be coordinated through our vendors.

Detailed Housekeeping

We assign each home a dedicated housekeeping team that will become an expert on the unique care and upkeep of your home. All of our housekeeping teams are employees of Coastal Collection - not subcontractors, and are trained to our standards. They keep their cleaning kits stocked with our preferred cleaning products and chemicals.

Skilled Maintenance

Professional technicians are on call to quickly address any issues and communicate the timing of repairs. For each vendor your home may need, we know the best in the business, and they know us, too. We are happy to leverage our professional relationships to quickly get a trusted, licensed professional in your home — and we never tack on extra charges to do so.

Ensuring that each home is properly maintained is important to us. We have an in-house maintenance team and preferred service providers on call 24 hours a day for any emergency that might arise. We can respond to any service call within an hour or less, no matter the time of day or night. We do not charge annual or routine maintenance fees, nor do we markup charges on contracted maintenance services.

Our goal is to impress every guest with industry-leading quality of service in every corner of the home. Each property is assigned a dedicated housekeeping team who cleans the home after every guest check out, allowing them to become intimately familiar with the features that make it unique. As reflected in our Clean Linen Program, linens and towels are freshly laundered at our off-site facility.

We dress all of our beds in 500 Thread Count Hotel Collection, 100% Cotton Linens. Using the triple sheeting method, we place the fitted sheet over the mattress encasement, followed by a duvet insert nestled in between 2 flat sheets, that are tucked neatly into the bed.
